Hubba Bubba - Just Hubbin' Along to #150

Four and a half months ago, if someone had told me that I would have written 150 articles in that time period, I would have told them they were crazy. But four and a half months ago I had not done any writing, and I had never heard of HubPages. It was HubPages that made the difference; and more specifically, it was the people who are HubPages that made the difference. Without all the wonderful people that I have met along the way, I am almost positive that I would not have made it this far. For that I have to say, "Thanks!"

On November 2, 2011, I published my 100th hub, Hubba Bubba - Just Hubbin' Along to #100, and on that very same day, my 50th hub, Hubba Bubba- Hub #50, was published as being one of the hottest hubs of the day. This wonderful roller coaster ride continues!

On November 4th, my hub, Cats and Water - Some Like It! Some Don't!, was chosen as hub of the day. That hub contains a youtube video that my husband sent me via email and I knew that I wanted to create a hub around it. (Unfortunately, this hub has since been unpublished because the owner of the video added a watermark to the video.)

On November 15th and 16th , my lowly hub, Meals Under $1: Grilled Cheese Sandwich, went ballistic and received almost 2200 views after someone shared it on Reddit. The previous week, it had received 1 total view. I had so much fun that night when I saw what was going on - like a kid in a candy store! If the hubber who submitted it is reading this, I want to thank you again.

And on December 15th I finished my second 30 in 30 challenge, 2nd 30 Hubs in 30 Days Hub Challenge - Perseverance, 9 days early! Yeah!

I reached my 300th follower on November 17th, 2011 when cheatlierepeat clicked that follow button. And my 350th follower, Septembersmoon, clicked and followed on December 16th. I would love to be able to recognize each and every one of you because you are all special, but there are only so many hours in the day.

But know that all of you have my gratitude and I look forward to all of your comments.

That was a long list, but one that I have really enjoyed writing the hubs of. I hope that you have or will enjoy reading them. The next 50 will come at a slower pace. As I stated in my writing goals for 2012, I want to do a hub scrub on all my hubs. So that will keep me busy. But now, after 4-1/2 months on HubPages, I have a little better idea of what I should do, and what I should have done to all of my hubs. And it is time to start through that process.

I am not going to disappear by any means. I will still be publishing and reading, but I will be scrubbing and backlinking also. Now comes the part of the job that is less glamorous.

Thanks so much for joining me on this journey. It has been fun, and it has been made all the better because I have not had to make it alone.
